Rochelle's string program is composed of several different performance groups. They range anywhere from a classical orchestra or guitar ensemble, to a swinging strings group that plays popular music that you've heard on the radio or in your favorite movies. Our students perform in several concerts throughout the year, ranging from our seasonal orchestra concerts to statewide festivals. The program is under the instruction of Ms. Jaida Hawkins, who is also a Rochelle School of the Arts alumna.
