Lakeland Family Church provides much needed support to our staff through monthly treats (HTeaO or hot chocolate bars). Pastor Neal has even been known to set up his griddle for a pancake breakfast! In addition to monthly treats, they have supported our custodial staff tremendously, by providing help with landscaping.

SPCA Florida provides a unique education for our students. We love welcoming the SPCA dogs on campus to serve as buddy readers to our Kindergarten and 1st grade students. Through their Compassion Project, our 2nd graders not only learn to sew, but learn to care for the animals in our community by donating the quilts they sew to the adoptable animals at the SPCA. In addition to the quilts, our 2nd graders raise money be selling Denim Day passes to our Rochelle family. The money they raise is then donated to help the animals.

Take Heart

Our 2nd graders learn map skills, geography and economics….all while making cards to sell at Take Heart, a local nonprofit organization that creates opportunities for orphans and widows in Kenya to overcome poverty through education and entrepreneurship. Be sure and stop by and support our 2nd graders and this wonderful cause. It's a win-win!
